We are so thrilled to have Karen Davis of Davis Orton Gallery with us in the Griffin Zoom Room for a day of project reviews. Do you have a book project? Looking for feedback? Don’t know who to publish with? Karen Davis has published her own books, and can provide editing and design feedback, as well as discussing paths to follow for future success.
The PhotoBook project reviews will serve individuals who are just embarking on their creation process and those who have experience and are hoping to reach new audiences.
The cost of a 25 minute photobook review is $75 for members/ $80 for non-members

5 Reviews will be scheduled on Wednesday, June 14th between 10:00 AM and 12:30 PM EST / 7:00 AM – 9:30 AM Pacific
A twenty five minute time slot will be assigned and communicated to registrants one week prior to June 14th.
About Karen Davis
Karen Davis of Hudson NY is a teacher, gallerist and photographer. For over 15 years she taught Photography Atelier, a portfolio development course and Marketing for Fine Art Photographers in the Boston area at Radcliffe Institute, Lesley University and, most recently at the Griffin Museum of Photography.
Karen is co-owner and curator of Davis Orton Gallery in Hudson NY, exhibiting photography, mixed media and photobooks of emerging, mid-career and established artists. She has been an invited reviewer of portfolios for the Griffin/CAA Portfolio Reviews, Photolucida in Portland OR, FotoFest in Houston TX and Critical Mass (online/Photolucida).
Her photographs are in the collections of the Center for Photography at Woodstock (CPW) at the Samuel Dorsky Museum of Art, the Lishui Museum of Photography (China) and the Houghton Rare Books Library, Harvard University and can be seen at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art (MASS MoCA).

All sales are final on products purchased through the Griffin Museum. Participant cancellation of a program/lecture/class will result in a full refund only if notice of cancellation is given at least 2 weeks before the date of the event.
