Introduction to Drone Photography & Videography

Do you want take your photography or videography to the next level or maybe you want to explore a new hobby or get ready for documenting your next vacation? Then, this Introduction to Drone Photography and Videography workshop is just for you! In this workshop, you will learn the basics to setting up a drone, intelligent flight features, aerial photography and shots as well as hands on experience where you will fly a drone. The entire workshop is taught by Certified Drone Pilot’s. Class is limited to 5 students.

Itinerary

10 am-11 am-Introduction to Drones/ Basics/ Examples

11 am-11:30 am-Intro to Drone Use/Safety, Drone Set-up & Basic

11:30 am-12 pm- Break (Light snacks and drinks provided)

12 pm-2 pm-Lets Fly-Learn to Fly (Outdoor Lesson), learn intelligent flight features.

2 pm-3 pm-Review & Upload Content

About the Instructor:

Elena Buenrostro, Founder & CEO of Women who Drone
Elena is a Video Producer, Photographer, Part 107 Certified Drone Pilot and Instructor. As featured in The Washington Post, Fast Company and on DJI for her aerial photography and cinematography, Elena’s passion for flying drones stemmed from her trip to the Great Wall of China. From there, her curiosity turned into a hobby and now a passion and career. Currently, Elena offers drone lessons via Airbnb Experiences in San Francisco, CA and Brooklyn, NY.  Elena graduated with a B.A. in Media Studies & Theatre from the University of California, San Diego.
