Description
Brian Alterio’s successful photography career was put on hold due to a job change and a move to the states from the UK. Brian began working at the forefront of the digital technology movement in the late 70’s. As a digital pioneer, Alterio helped shape the imaging processes that we know today. After thirty years, in late 2011, Alterio’s creative interest was roused again one day by the blooming of an Amaryllis. Since, he has been photographing botanicals in parallel to the study of the human figure.
