This six hour workshop is about discovery, light, and fun. Cyanotypes have been used for a variety of creative and industrial purposes because it simplicity of process and economy of materials. Using two chemicals in equal parts creates a light sensitive emulsion which is then coated on paper, or other material, exposed to UV light (the sun) and processed in a slightly acidic water bath.
