Mary Aiu is an awardwinning fine art photographer who spends her time pursuing beautiful horses around the world. Her work is noted for its ethereal feel, blending photographic components that often result in a painterly quality of the horse in motion.
She has been described as an artist who conveys the profound beauty and depth of spirit in horses.

Marys equine portfolio was selected as a Photo Lucida Critical Mass Top 200 Finalist in 2019, and a Rfotofolio Selections Portfolio Series, in 2019 and 2020. Her work has been shown in solo and small group shows, as well as numerous juried exhibits including the Triton Museum, Santa Clara CA, Center for Photographic Art, Carmel, CA, San Luis Obispo Museum of Art, Center for Fine Art Photography, Fort Collins, CO, and the Texas Photographic Society. She has also been a guest lecturer at the Monterey Museum of Art where she spoke of photomontage in the digital age, and was a TV broadcast panelist on West Coast Focus; Jerry Uelsmanns Influence. Her work has been featured in publications including Lenswork, True North Editions, and multiple issues of Black & White Magazine.
Mary holds a BFA from the California College of the Arts, and is a member of the ImageMakers of Monterey.

Anne Connor –

Anne Connor is an awardwinning visual artist and fineart photographer based in Ridgeway, Wisconsin. Although she travels extensively, she finds her most authentic work is created on the small farm she shares with her family and a curious menagerie of animals she and her husband have curated over many years. Her daughters, the land and their animals feature prominently in her work and have served as the inspiration for many of her exhibitions, both in the US and abroad. There is a quiet, pastoral quality to her work that comes from years spent working on the land and with animals.

Connor, who made her living as an essayist and feature writer before turning to photography, views the visual arts as one more way to share stories that evoke feeling, curiosity, and a sense of wonder. She naturally gravitates toward shadows and light and is intrigued by what images can both reveal and conceal.

Connor’s work has been shown throughout the United States and internationally and has been included in exhibits at the Center for Fine Art Photography, A. Smith Gallery, Photo NOLA, the Wichita Falls Museum of Art, Foley Gallery, Photo Place Gallery, Overture Center for the Arts, the Von Liebig Art Center of the Naples Art Association, The Gala Awards and more.

Keron Psillas Oliveira –

Photographer and author Keron Psillas Oliveira has been an equestrian for most of her life. Now living in Portugal, in the heart of the Ribatejo region that is home to the Lusitano horse, Keron is part of the community of breeders, riders, trainers, and lovers of the equestrian art. The partnership that exists between the horse and the rider has informed her work from the beginning. Anticipating movement, seeing the nuances in the personalities of her subjects, understanding how the correct movements allow for the fullest expression of beauty, and seeking the essence of each horses spirit, allows her to create photographs that speak to the soul and nobility of the Lusitano.
